Information we use

Account details, contact information, postcodes/location coordinates, job descriptions and media, messages, quotes, transaction identifiers, worker profile/verification information, reviews, security logs and support communications.

Why we use it

To provide the marketplace, match jobs by location and skills, process and reconcile payments, prevent fraud and off-platform circumvention, enforce Terms, provide support, comply with tax/legal obligations and improve service reliability.

Who receives it

Relevant customers/workers receive information necessary to complete a job. Service providers such as Supabase, Vercel and Stripe process data for hosting, database/authentication and payments. Information may be disclosed where legally required.

Location and job media

Postcodes may be converted to approximate coordinates to calculate worker distance. Job photos/videos are stored privately and are made available only to authorised job participants through time-limited links.

Retention and rights

We keep information only as long as reasonably required for marketplace, legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes. UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Contact sandiss24@gmail.com to exercise your rights. Security

We use access controls, private storage, server-side secrets and restricted payment operations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
